When enabled, Policies centralizes district IT and governance documents and can collect acknowledgements.

Publish and distribute

Create rich-text policies in SupportStudioK12 or upload Word and PDF files. The video examples include acceptable-use, AI, social-media, and cyberbullying policies. Documents created in the product can be exported to PDF.

Track acknowledgement

For policies that require proof of distribution or understanding, require users to acknowledge that they have read and understand the policy. Administrators can track completion for workflows such as annual acceptable-use acknowledgement.
